本次8月2-4日的上海DAF建筑表皮大會，主題為“城市更新”，分享的案例涉及歷保建筑、商場外墻翻新，舊區(qū)豪宅開發(fā)、舊工廠再開發(fā)、體育場更新升級等等。
今天跟著大福一起來認識一下分享上海虹口區(qū)多倫路城市更新項目的嘉賓：伍茲貝格理事合伙人 / 上海工作室城市更新總監(jiān)徐航先生。
Hang Xu，Woods Bagot Associate Principal / Urban Regeneration Design Leader
With Master of Architecture Degree from University of Pennsylvania, and National 1st Class Registered Architect, Hang Xu has 10-year architectural design experiences, specializing in mixed-use, office and retail developments. Along with leading landmark projects, he has conducted extensive study in the urban regeneration sector and developed a methodical approach to it.
項目總建面近22萬平方米，分為一期（西地塊）和二期（東地塊），一期將發(fā)展 “科創(chuàng)+文化” 產(chǎn)業(yè)，引入文化數(shù)字化產(chǎn)業(yè)總部企業(yè)，并提供甲級辦公樓、餐飲和集中商業(yè)區(qū)等配套設(shè)施。二期將打造人文生活新載體，融入人文、藝術(shù)和國潮元素，包括國潮文創(chuàng)、商務(wù)社交和夜經(jīng)濟。
